We use reputable shipping partners for domestic and international deliveries, including air freight, sea freight, and courier services.
Delivery timelines depend on destination and shipping method:

• International courier: 5–12 business days
• International sea freight: 15–50 days (depending on destination port)

Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
• Freight charges for bulk/wholesale orders are calculated based on carton volume or palletized loads.
• Shipping costs will be communicated during quotation or checkout.
Buyers may also arrange their own shipping if preferred.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on the destination country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or bill of lading (B/L) depending on the shipping method.
Tracking updates may vary based on the logistics provider.
For sea freight shipments, tracking details will be shared upon vessel departure.
If items arrive damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.
We will work with the courier or freight provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For lost shipments, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before refunds or replacements are processed.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details during order placement.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees will apply.
